2006-07-25 Fiona Long At Her Exhibition
This is a wonderful painting that Roy Blumenthal very kindly posted up on Flickr for me out of the blue (skies)!
Roy is an excellent artist who’s work can be seen on Flickr
Amongst many other things this maverick does caricatures for a very small fee if you just email some low resolution photos to him. He does some fantastic computer art and is an evangelist of an art program called ArtRage.
Check out his website. He does loads of creative stuff: film making, poetry, novel writing, courses in creativity, massage and even stand up comedy!

It’s a total pleasure! I really enjoyed making this pic. It was a quick sketchy kinda one to make, even though it took me about two hours. Not as quick as it felt! Hehehehe.
