I’m taking part in the Art For Youth exhibition again this year for its 20th anniversary. I will be exhibiting five of my most recent paintings. It takes place on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th October at 7pm at the Mall Galleries on the Mall in London. This is one of my latest paintings which is going into the Art For Youth exhibition at The Mall Galleries this year. I had nothing in mind when I started it and this is what emerged. There are layers of all types of paints and chalks and glitters and varnishes that eventually built up into this. Because of the layering and sheen and shine of some of the materials used, the painting looks extraordinarliy different in different lights. (Best viewed large)
