When I exhibited this out of doors in Balham, London, bees and flies kept landing on it! When I exhibited it in Warsaw, Poland, people kept going up to it and touching it. They were very gentle and respectful so I was pleased for them to do it, honoured in fact! I'm a very tactile person myself! Also, sunflowers are very popular in Poland. You see whole sunflower heads in the supermarket there! I saw a lady on the bus plucking seeds out of a sunflower head and shelling and eating them on the bus!
